Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 July 2026 · These terms govern your use of Yll★, provided by Arber Bylykbashi (Monexa) of Lushnjë, Fier, Albania ("we", "us", "Yll★").

1. The service

Yll★ is a reputation-management dashboard for hotels, restaurants, and similar hospitality businesses: an all-platform review inbox, AI-assisted reply drafting, review-request sending, competitor benchmarking, and related reporting features.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the dashboard. You're responsible for keeping access to your email/sign-in link secure, and for the accuracy of the business information you provide.

3. Free trial & subscriptions

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription, billed by Lemon Squeezy (our billing partner and merchant of record) on the plan you select. Prices are shown at /pricing and may change with notice.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle. If something's gone wrong, email us — we handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't use the AI reply-drafting feature to publish misleading, defamatory, or fabricated claims in a review reply.
• Don't use the review-request feature to solicit reviews in a way that violates the terms of Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, or WhatsApp/Meta.
• Don't attempt to access another business's account or data.

6. Third-party platforms

Yll★ interacts with third-party platforms (Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, WhatsApp) that we don't control. We're not responsible for changes to their policies or APIs that affect functionality.

7. AI-generated content

Draft replies are generated by an AI model (Anthropic) based on the review text. You're responsible for reviewing and editing any draft before publishing it as your business's public response.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to your use of Yll★ is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost bookings or lost profits) arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
